How it works

Roadmap

Structured planning is key to achieving your fitness goals. With my in-app training programs, I follow the three cycles of periodized training that work together to complement each other and bring you closer to your goals.


The macrocycle is your overall season or annual training plan, while the mesocycle is a particular phase or block of training, typically lasting 6–12 weeks. The microcycle is a phase within a mesocycle, usually lasting for a week.


It's easy to feel overwhelmed and give up when we focus on all our goals at once without a structured plan. By breaking down our training into dedicated phases, we can focus on a specific objective that will complement our ultimate goal, resulting in consistent progress throughout the year and increased motivation to stick with it.


With my purpose-built in-app programs, I can help you structure your training and achieve your goals.
